From plot set-up to trade snag lists
Set up the plot
Choose the plot type, storeys and floor construction, then add the rooms. Save the layout as a house type to reuse on the next plot.
Walk it room by room
Mark each check Pass, Fail or N/A. Add notes and photos, and circle or arrow the problem so it is obvious.
Hand out the snag lists
Build a PDF report for the plot, plus a separate list for each trade with only their items.
